Takada Nuala, the soul heir to the Takada province in Japan, her father was a powerful and respected ruler, his passing brougt on many hardships. Nuala wasnt one for the throne but she accepted it anyway and with the invention of the Kobu she had hers designed to be almost perfect, she helps the Flower Division when she can but with her Kobu also came the Death Division.
